Warranty Terms and Conditions

♦   MZEE will provide spare parts free of charges for repairing the set. However, free spare parts do not cover cabinet, buttons, and switches, controls and other related parts.
♦   The repairing of the set will be done FREE of charge.
♦   For service, the Warranty Card, duly filled and attested/stamped by the dealer, should be produced at the Service Center.

Warranty becomes Null and Void

♦   If any kind of service or repairs done by an Unauthorized Service Center other than the Authorized MZEE Service Centers.
♦   If any fault arises due to an accident, improper use, transportation, mishandling, lightening natural disaster or any action which is not in accordance with MZEE’s Operational Manual.
♦   On detachment of Serial Number from the set or any alteration in the Serial Number.
♦   If TV is burnt by cable voltage. This Warranty is limited and is only for its warranted products and parts. MZEE is not responsible, directly or indirectly, for any damage to its products.

Warranty Terms and Conditions

MZEE will provide spare parts free of charge for manufacturing defects under normal operating condition only ONCE during warranty period.

♦   This warranty does not cover periodic maintenance, servicing/washing, refrigerant, cost, plastic, glass, color, rubber and metal parts.
♦   The customer will bear the refrigerant expense expenses (if needed) after 1 year from the date of purchase
♦   The customer will be responsible for the transportation of faulty units to and from the service centre after the 3 months from the date of the purchase.
♦   Service visiting charges will be applicable after 3 Months from date of purchase for repair or service of unit of customer’s premises.
♦   This warranty and use of this product will be governed by Pakistani law, Any proceeding arising out or in connection with this warranty or the use of this product maybe brought in a court of competent justification in Lahore only.

The Warranty becomes void under the following circumstances:

♦   Defects resulting from abnormal electric load, short circuiting, voltage fluctuation and poor writing.
♦   Defects caused by fire, accident, misuse, transportation and shifting.
♦   If the unit is installed/ repaired by unauthorized installer/service centre.
♦   Incase serial number of AC is altered or removed.

Installation Guide for Indoor and Outdoor Unit

Indoor Unit

♦   Do not have any heat or steam near the unit. ♦   Select the place where there are no obstacles in front of the unit. ♦   Make sure that condensation drainage can be conveniently routed away. Do not install near a doorway ♦   Install the indoor unit on the wall where the height from the floor is more than 2.3 meters ♦   Ensure that the space around the left and right of the unit is more than 10cm and 5cm from ceiling. ♦   Making for the wall plate and piping should be properly done, to prevent unnecessary damage to the wall. ♦   Taking care of the cleaning area during installation

Outdoor Unit

♦   Ensure that the space around the back and sides of outdoor unit is more than 12cm and the space in front of the unit should be more than 70cm. ♦   Avoid any restriction in the path of the warm area of condenser. ♦   Select a place where noise and vibration of outdoor unit might be minimized.

Rooftop Installation

If the outdoor unit is installed on a roof structure, be sure to level the unit. Ensure the roof structure and anchoring method is adequate of the location.

Caution

To get the optimum cooling try to install within the installation kit.

MZEE products are specially manufactured to suit the climatic conditions of Pakistan, with prime material and superb workmanship.

Warranty of MZEE Split Air Conditioner is valid provided:
♦  MZEE Floor Standing AC has been purchased from authorized dealer.
♦  The Warranty Card is properly ?lled and has dealer’s and installer’s stamps.
♦  MZEE Floor Standing AC is installed / repaired by authorized service centre / installer.
♦  Plastic and rubber parts are not covered under warranty.
Warranty Period – Inverters Compressor = 5 Year (ONLY ONCE during warranty period) Parts and Service = 1 Year
Warranty Period – None Inverters Compressor = 3 Year (ONLY ONCE during warranty period) Parts and Service = 1 Year

♦ Please pay attention to surrounding conditions (e.g. ambient temperature, direct sunshine, rain drops etc.)
♦ Do not have any heat or steam near the unit.
♦ Select a place where there are no obstacles in front of the unit.
♦ Make sure that condensation drainage can be conveniently routed away. Do not install near a doorway.
♦ Take care for cleaning of the area during installation. Pipes of refrigerant and water drainage should be properly insulated to avoid any frosting or water dripping.
Outdoor Unit
♦ Ensure that the space around the back and sides of the outdoor unit is 600mm as per diagram.
♦ The space in front of the unit should be more than 600 mm.
♦ Avoid any restrictions in the path of the warm air of condenser.
♦ Select a place where noise and vibration of outdoor unit might be minimized.
Rooftop Installation
♦ If the outdoor unit is installed on a roof structure, be sure to level the unit. Ensure the roof structure and anchoring method is adequate for the location.
Caution
♦ Electric current carrying capacity of wires should be 1.5 times more than unit rated current.
♦ Installed the creepage protector with enough capacity.
♦ All electric wiring and unit installation must be done by company’s Authorized Installer
♦ To get the optimum cooling/heating try to install within the recommended installation kit’s length

♦ Ensure that the space around the back is more than 30 cm and sides as per diagram,the space in front of the unit should be more than 200 cm.
♦ Avoid any restrictions in the path of the warm air of condenser.
♦ Select a place where noise and vibration of outdoor unit might be minimized.

♦ If the outdoor unit is installed on a roof structure, be sure to level the unit. Ensure the roof structure and anchoring method is adequate for the location.

♦   MZEE will provide spare parts free of charges for repairing the set. However, free spare parts do not cover cabinet, buttons, and switches, controls and other related parts.
♦   The repairing of the set will be done FREE of charge.
♦   For service, the Warranty Card, duly filled and attested/stamped by the dealer, should be produced at the Service Center.

Warranty becomes Null and Void


♦ The warranty card is properly Med and bears dealer’s seal at the time of purchase. Unfilled or partially filled warranty cards and those with cutting and re-over writing will not be entertained.
♦ The Washing Machine has not been repaired by any person other than technician of MZEE CUSTOMER SERVICE CENTRE or AUTHORIZED CONTRACT WORKSHOP.
♦ Customer must present original Warranty Card along with original cash receipt to authorized service center/contact workshops to obtain warranty facility.
♦ The Washing Machine has been used with the original 3 pin plug connected to a properly earthed socket.
♦ In case of any defect if established in material or workmanship of electric motor, within TWO years and any other part (other than electric motor ) within ONE YEAR from the original date of purchase, it will be repaired or replaced with a new or functional operative motor/ parts free of charge (once only).
♦ The cost of transportation and home attending complaint charges will be boom by the customer after ONE month from the date of purchase.
♦ Home service is available only in those cities where company’s own service centers are working.
♦ The availability of spare parts obsolete/dis-continue models are subject on availability.

The Warranty will not be valid


♦ Where defects have resulted from abnormal electrical load, short circuiting, low or high voltage, faulty generators supply or poor electric wiring.
♦ Where the Washing Machine has been tampered with or altered in any way, or has been subject to misuse, negligence or accident or has its serial number altered disfigured or removed.
♦ Damage due to insects bites or Rodents (Mouse , Rat etc)
♦ Warranty is not valid incase of any commercial use or Non-compliance to instructions of user manual.
♦ The warranty does not cover plastic and rubber parts like knobs, monograms, hosepipe and accessories or any item which has got natural wear out due to normal use.
♦ Change of colors of plastic and metal parts does not cover under warranty.
♦ The use of this product and its warranty shall be covered under Pakistan law.
♦ DWP(Pvt). Limited shall not be responsible for any loss or damage occurred to the person and/or prosperity arising out on the misuse/operation of this unit.
♦ Any proceedings arising out of or in connection with this warranty may only be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Karachi.
